THE Go Safe team has been given the go ahead to set up in a Wrexham village, police say.
GoSafe is the Welsh Road Casualty reduction partnership which sets up its vans in various locations in order to encourage people to stick to the speed limit.
In September, North Wales Police officers caught speeding motorists during checks on roads in Hanmer.
As a result of the four motorists caught speeding, police said the GoSafe van would soon be visiting the location.

As a result of the four motorists caught speeding, police said the GoSafe van would soon be visiting the location.
Now, that looks set to happen after the team were given the go ahead to be stationed in the village in 2023.
North Wales Police are warning residents to 'watch their speed'.
A statement from the NWP Wrexham Rural team read: "Go Safe and its speed camera van have been given the go ahead to be stationed in the village. Please watch your speed."
