Reports of ‘unknown persons’ trying car door handles in Hawarden have led police to remind owners to ensure their vehicles are secured.
The incidents were reported to have occurred around Longfellow Avenue in the village.

An officer posted an update to the Community Alerts page confirming the incidents and that more patrols will be conducted.
It said: “We would like to remind vehicle owners to ensure their vehicles are secured properly, following reports of unknown persons trying car door handles in the area of Longfellow Avenue, Hawarden.
"Additional patrols will be conducted.”
