A North Wales fitness group has completed a charity relay starting in Denbigh to raise money for the North East Wales Search and Rescue.
OutFit Personal Fitness are a fitness challenge and events business running in North Wales since 2007 and providing online and remote fitness training.

Members of the group annually take part in a charity relay which this year, started at the Dinorben Arms pub in Denbigh.
Teams of three ran in relay around a one and a half mile course, with the winning team choosing the charity the money is donated too.
The winning team chose to donate the £200 raised to NEWSAR.
A spokesperson at NEWSAR said: "Well done to the winners, Emily, Katy and Nathan and thanks to all the runners!"
