THINGS are definitely starting to feel festive as we hurtle towards Christmas Day.
From the school nativity to more mince pies than you can handle, the season of goodwill is here.
For many, Christmases of the past will hold fond memories of the fantastic parade in Wrexham, with VIP guest Father Christmas himself.
Hundreds would line the streets to see the big man give them a wave, and watch the themed floats go past.
• More parade memories from 1980, 1982 and 1990
In this gallery we take a look back at the Santa parade of 1983. Can you spot yourself or anyone you know?
