POLICE say they were lost for words after an "incredible" series of livestock attacks in Flintshire.
North Wales Police's Rural Crime Team took to social media on Sunday morning to say that for the second time in a week officers have responded to dogs worrying sheep on land opposite the Gulf garage on Northop Road, Flint.

A spokesperson said: "We are following up information on the dog believed responsible. We urge you to keep dogs on a lead around livestock."
A subsequent post soon after stated: "Incredible, no sooner had I sent the previous post about livestock attacks off Northop Road, Flint than the farmer was ringing me as he was dealing with yet another attack. Words fail me."
It comes after a number of sheep were killed in a "horrific" dog attack in Buckley last month - which saw two German Shephards suspected of the attack subsequently seized by officers.
