TRIBUTES have been paid to an 'inspirational' dance teacher from Flintshire who touched the lives of thousands of people over the years.
Endless tributes have been posted on social media following the sudden death of Nikki Boyd, from Flint, who died on Monday evening (November 14).
Miss Boyd, 53, known locally as 'Miss Nikki', was best known for co-running the 'Clint and Nikki Theatre Arts Dancing School' - which was based throughout North Wales - alongside her brother Clinton.
The business - which has been running for over 50 years - was originally named the ‘Hughes-Boyd School of Dancing’ and was founded by Clinton and Nikki's mother, Dorothy.

Clinton and Nikki both trained together at Hylton Bromley, then later at the Arts Educational Schools Tring and Arts Educational London Golden Lane.
Miss Boyd, who had been teaching dance classes for over 30 years, even danced for royalty at The Royal Albert Hall which was televised on Channel 4.
Over the years, she will have taught thousands of pupils through her dance classes which were held throughout the region from Prestatyn and Mold, to Connah's Quay, Holywell, and her hometown of Flint.
Many of the dance group's ex-pupils are now working professionally all around the world as a result of Miss Nikki's commitment to the cause.
Speaking to the Leader, her daughter Sienna said that her mother's death had come as a 'complete shock' to the family.

She added: "To her knowledge and our knowledge, she was in good health and was even due to teach a class that night. She was always out walking the dogs when she was not teaching classes too."
A statement from Sienna posted to the Clint and Nikki Theatre Arts Dancing School Facebook page read: "It’s with the greatest sadness that I announce that my Mum, Miss Nikki, has passed away this evening.
"She has left a legacy that will be continued, our Dance Family, and Clinton will continue with the classes this week, and onwards, as this is what she would have wanted.
"We thank you all for your support during this truly difficult time. Love from Sienna and the Boyds."
Tributes posted underneath that Facebook post described Mrs Boyd as a 'fabulous', 'thoughtful' and 'inspirational' individual.
Mrs Boyd leaves behind her partner Trevor Eaton-Jones, her brother Clinton Boyd, daughter Sienna and nephew Jamie (Clinton's son) who Sienna says was 'more like a son' to her mum.
