A POLICE Dog (PD) has been commended for his paw-some work in helping officers locate some drugs in Deeside.
The Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs team has praised PD Otis for his 'great work' during the incident.
Having been called in to search a vehicle, he helped officers discover a quantity of class B drugs.

A statement from the Police Dogs unit wrote: "Great work from PD Otis last night, he was called in to search a vehicle in Deeside where he found a quantity of class B and cash hidden in various spots."
The Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs Unit is a collaboration between North Wales Police and Cheshire Constabulary to provide General Purpose, Firearms Support and Specialist Search Dogs.
These furry friends support officers' ranging policing activities – from tackling serious and organised crime to helping bring vulnerable people back to a place of safety.
Specialist search dogs within the unit, which has over 40 dogs, are also trained to detect firearms, ammunition, cash and drugs.
