AN EYE-catching mural in honour of a north Wales footballer has appeared in his home town ahead of the 2022 World Cup.
Born in Wrexham, Harry Wilson went on to attend Ysgol Dinas Bran school in Llangollen and was brought up in the Denbighshire town of Corwen.
From a young age, his footballing talents were clear to see and the family made national headlines when he made his international debut for Wales aged just 16 years and 207 days old v Belgium in October 2013.
That is because his grandfather, Peter Edwards, netted £125,000 as a result of having placed a bet of £50 with bookies William Hill on Harry to someday go on and play for Wales when he was just 18-months old.
Back in May, street art of the Fulham winger appeared outside Ysgol Dinas Bran.
Now, another tribute has been created for Wilson as he prepares to travel to Qatar with Wales for the 2022 World Cup which kicks off later this month.

The fantastic tribute is situated at the sports pavilion at Corwen Football Club's War Memorial park home ground.
It has been created by Mentrau Iaith and is so far the fifth painted in a series of murals celebrating Wales reaching the World Cup.
Among the others honoured with a mural so far are Joe Rodon and Rhys Norrington-Davies.

A statement from Corwen Football Club read: "The Sports Pavilion at the Corwen War Memorial Park is looking brilliant ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
"A massive thanks to Mentrau Iaith for painting this amazing image of Harry Wilson in his FA Wales kit."
The mural features a picture of Wilson in his red Wales shirt, accompanied by the national team's motto 'Together Stronger'.
Having begun his professional career at Liverpool, down the years, the 25-year-old has gone on to star for the likes of Bournemouth, Cardiff City, Derby County and current club Fulham, who he plays in the top-flight for.
Wilson has also earned 39 caps for Wales so far, scoring five goals, and was also part of the Euro 2020 squad.
