A Flintshire dog rescue is holding a Christmas Fair suitable for all the family this December.

Almost Home Dog Rescue will be raising money so they can keep helping dogs in the area find their forever homes.

The rescue has helped nearly 1,000 dogs get adopted in the last six years, and also offer sponsorships for the dogs kept in foster homes, usually because they are in their twilight years or have medical needs and it may make them hard to adopt.

The Christmas fair will take place at Llanferres Community Hall on Sunday, December 4 from 11am until 3/4pm.

They will have some great stalls, which will interest and appeal to a wide audience including:

•            Artwork - sold by the artist themself

•            30s-60s Glass and China

•            Wooden items

•            Pet supplies - including harnesses, treats, collars and personalised pet products

•            Candles, cushion covers, bread bracelets and mesh angels - all hand made.

•            Sweets & Treats

•            Handmade dog bandanas, bow ties, poo bag holders and treat bags.

In addition to the amazing stalls, there will be their 2023 calendars on sale as well as a raffle and tombola, both with some great prices.
