A spokesman for the fire service confirmed on Wednesday morning that the last crews left the scene just before midnight on Tuesday.
Officers will be returning to the scene today to conduct an investigation into the cause, as well as the extent of the damage.
Following the incident, one person was taken to hospital for further treatment.
National Resources Wales, which is the largest Government Sponsored Body in Wales, was also in attendance.
Anthony Randles, NRW Environment Team Leader for North East Wales, said: “We will monitor the impact on air quality and local watercourses and ensure the necessary measures are in place to minimise any impact.”
