WREXHAM AFC has praised the 'remarkable' support shown by fans at the FA Cup replay.
A home replay was needed following on from the Reds' 1-1 draw v Blyth Spartans on Saturday, October 15.
As such, the two sides squared off again at the Racecourse just three days later (Tuesday, October 18).
This time, Wrexham came out on top 3-2 thanks to goals from Ollie Palmer, Paul Mullin and Jordan Davies.
A second half fight back from Spartans wasn't enough as Phil Parkinson's side booked their place in the first round proper where they will face Oldham Athletic at home.
