The Rickshaw Relay for Children in Need is back and came to Chester today before arriving in Wrexham.
Countryfile presenter Matt Baker MBE has been joined by a team of five “incredibly inspiring young people” who have been supported by BBC Children in Need-funded projects and are taking on a relay-style ride over five days.
The Rickshaw Relay is currently on day two and the team has been travelling through Cheshire, starting in Warrington and heading into Chester City centre.
They then crossed the border through Pulford and Rossett before heading to Wrexham city centre in the afternoon.
This morning Matt and Quinlan Dunne set off. The 18-year-old from Warrington tragically lost his brother, River in an accident in 2016. River was one of the four members of the band Viola Beach, who all died, along with their manager when their car came off a bridge in Sweden.
