Yesterday's Llangollen Food Festival proved to be a 'huge success' according to organisers.
The popular annual event regularly attracts thousands of hungry visitors from across the UK looking to sample both new and traditional experiences in food and drink, and this year was no different.
The move away from the town’s International Pavilion, to a variety of venues in the centre of Llangollen came off a treat.
Town Hall, Gales Wine Bar, The Railway and the Town centre all had some part to play in the festival.

Close to 40 stand-holders showed off their mouth-watering products, while there were also a number of attractions for both children and adults.
Throughout the day there was live music from bands and choirs playing out from the town square.
The festival went into the night at Gales, with a number of musical performances for all to enjoy.

It was a day to remember for the organisers, Richard Donallon said:
"The day was a huge success. We decided this year to expand on the “bitesize” festival that we had in ‘21. We found that there was a buzz throughout the day in the town centre, more so than on a usual mid-October Saturday.
"Our wonderful exhibitors were displaying some truly delicious local produce. Local musicians were filling the town with their musical talent. Local businesses on the high street were much busier too.
"We had a really lucky morning with regards to the weather, and even as the rain came in through the afternoon there was still a really nice atmosphere."
