Ryan Reynolds has thanked the Wrexham community for the part they played in the club's recent documentary.
Welcome to Wrexham has covered the journey of Wrexham AFC, the community, and its two Hollywood owners since the takeover in 2021.
It follows Ryan and his co-chairman Rob McElhenney as they get to grips with football and the running of a football club.
Season one ended in heartbreaking fashion, as the Reds lost in the playoffs to Grimsby.
While many will miss their fix of Welcome to Wrexham on Thursdays, Rob did confirm that there will be a season two of the docu-series.
Most likely documenting the current season, as the Reds aim to end their stay in the National League.
It wasn't just about the football or the two Hollywood owners, the main character in Welcome to Wrexham was the local community.
Something that Ryan is very thankful for.
In a post on social media, he said: "This journey punched me right in the heart. Thank you to the community of Wrexham for sharing your incredible story."
