WELSH hip-hop group, Goldie Looking Chain is set to perform in Wrexham later this month.
Live music venue, The Rockin’ Chair confirmed that the group will be appearing live on Friday, October 28 accompanied by special guest, DJ Neil Thomas.
Nominated for NME’s ‘Worst Dressed’, Goldie Lookin' Chain are best known for hits such as ‘Gun’s Don’t Kill People’ and ‘Your Mrs is a Nutter’.
Dave Moriat, sound manager at The Rockin’ Chair said: “Having followed the group now for a number of years and also previously booking them at another show a few years ago in Anglesey, it seemed right to get them at The Rockin Chair.
“With it being a professional touring venue again, our aim is to bring a large variety of acts to the place.

“Goldie Lookin Chain get the crowd bouncing from the word go. They do come across as quite a comedy but that doesn’t stop them being superb rappers and very entertaining. Playing all their hits and tracks of recent.
“They are such a good live group.”
The show is anticipated to be a sell-out, with doors opening at 7.30pm.
