VANDALS caused over £1,000 worth a damage to a skate park in Wrexham.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team said it has been made aware of damage that had been caused to the skate ramps/park and fence on Ponciau Park.
PCSO Enya Bellis-Jones said: "This damage totalled more than £1,000, money which could have been put towards other events and facilities within the community.
"Patrols will continue of the park and surrounding areas and a multi agency approach has been discussed in order to tackle to issues.
"I am asking for your assistance in continuing to report any issues to North Wales Police on 101/999 at the time of the incident, providing as much detail as possible."
