A SPA near Wrexham that has been used and loved by celebrities has won a top award.
The Spa at Carden, located at Carden Park on Broxton Road, has seen visitors such as the I'm a Celebrity stars from the 2020 series, the Sweden women's football team and, most recently, Love Island couple Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury.
Now the Cheshire venue has continued its multi award-winning streak with success in the 2022 World Spa Awards, winning the inaugural ‘Best Country House Hotel Spa’.
The World Spa Awards celebrate and reward excellence in spa and wellness tourism by inspiring exceptional standards. The awards which are now in their eighth year, were decided by votes from industry professionals, the media and spa consumers. Winners of the awards are considered the very best when it comes to spa and wellness.

The 4,500 sq m Spa at Carden, which opened in 2020, features indoor and outdoor spa facilities with two large vitality pools, an extensive thermal suite, a glamorous beauty lounge and a variety of soothing relaxation spaces.
With one of the UK’s largest spa gardens, boasting a stunning view over the Cheshire rolling countryside, The Spa at Carden provides guests with a ‘nature reset’ whatever the weather.
Numerous thermal experiences are on offer, as well as an all-weather Bollinger champagne bar.
