An 18th Century Holywell pub has been put up for sale by pub giant Admiral Taverns.
The Red Lion, located on Holywell High Street, is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1750.
The pub offers a lounge/games room, owner accommodation, and a courtyard.
The wet-led pub has a guide price of £250,000.
Admiral Taverns was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Chester.
They own over 1,600 community pubs across the UK.
A representative at Admiral Taverns explained the reason behind the choice to put this historic pub on sale: "We are strong believers in the importance of community pubs and our focus is always on helping our licensees to run sustainable pub businesses.
"After careful consideration however, we felt in this instance that the Red Lion did not have a long-term sustainable future and therefore we’ve taken the decision to put the pub up for sale."
