The CO-FOUNDER of FOCUS Wales has shared his delight at the response of last weekend’s free concert.
The family-friendly concert took place at Llwyn Isaf on Sunday from 2pm until 10pm to celebrate Wrexham’s city status.
It was headlined by The Royston Club in a lineup that included Campfire Social, Seazoo, Tara Bandito, Lizzie Squad, Sage Todz, Cara Hammond, Andy Hickie and the Delta Lions Choir.
Co-founder and Music Programmer at FOCUS Wales, Andy Jones said: “We were so pleased with the turnout and response to the Out of FOCUS event this weekend. We had all ages attending throughout the day, discovering new music artists of various genres, and Llwyn Isaf was absolutely bouncing with energy.

“For us, the event served as a bit-size teaser event for what we deliver with the FOCUS Wales festival each May. We're now getting stuck into the booking for the festival, with the first artists for FOCUS Wales 2023 announced in late November.'
