An armed robbery and a pub brawl are some of the incidents Wrexham Police have dealt with this weekend.
Inspector Luke Hughes from Wrexham City Police provided his latest update of what the force have been up to over the last few days.
As well as being in attendance at Wrexham's 6-0 win against Torquay and Wrexham Feast over the weekend, Police had some more serious matters to attend to.
At 5.30pm on Saturday evening officers attended the report of a collapsed female on Powell Road. Inspector Hughes said: "On arrival, a heavily intoxicated female was located who lashed out at officers who were helping her. She has since been charged with being drunk and disorder.
Officers attended a number of reports of shoplifting at Border Retail over the weekend.
An officer had to attend an incident of disorder at 10.30pm on Saturday evening, at a public house in the Acton area following a report of a large fight.
Inspector Luke Hughes added: "During the incident, a number of people have got involved and a CCTV review is ongoing before interviews commence. Not a location we are ever called to, and disappointing behaviour from all involved."
Police were notified by staff at a school on Bryncabanau Road about alleged damage to the school property.
At 04.02am this morning, a panic alarm was activated at a convenience store on Rhosddu Road. Inspector Hughes said: "Information suggested a male with a knife entered the store and threatened staff. As a partnership with the council, we recently funded an extra CCTV camera at the location."
He added: "A review was undertaken, and a suspect identified as entering at 3.48am – leaving at 3.50am towards Stansty Road. At 4.07am, officers located a male wearing identical clothing, he was challenged and officers drew a taser before he was arrested, a knife being located a short distance from the location."
Inspector Hughes noted that while the above incident is concerning, it is a rare occurrence and the speed of the response is something to take comfort in.
