Following reports of two suspicious males cold calling in Penley, North Wales police are warning residents to keep doors, windows and vehicles locked.
In a statement from the community alerts page by North Wales Police, the cold callers quickly left when they were challenged, but police are warning residents about the incident.
The statement read: "Reports yesterday of two suspicious males in black vehicle cold calling in Penley Hall Drive, Penley.
"When challenged by a local resident they quickly left the area.
"NWPolice patrols ongoing in the area.
"Please make sure doors/windows and vehicles locked. Also if have CCTV or alarms make sure they are working and switched on."
