Halloween may still be a month away but details of spooky events in the area throughout October are being revealed.
As the summer days draw to a close there is one thing getting many people through to Christmas - Halloween.
Here is a list of upcoming terrifying autumn events in October;
- Kids Halloween Party - White Bear, Mancot, Deeside. Monday, October 31.
The White Bear Inn in Mancot is hosting a kids Halloween party on Halloween night from 4.30pm until 6.30pm.
The event is priced at £5 per ticket and includes a disco, spooky food, fun and games and a competition for best dressed.
Tickets can be purchased in advance from the venue.
2. Children's Halloween Party - Penyffordd and Penymynydd Royal British legion, Saturday, October 29.
From 5pm to 7pm the legion will open for a children's party.
Tickets are priced at £2 per child including a hot dog or burger and drink.

3. Halloween Breakfast - Plas Coch Inn, Wrexham. Saturday, October 29.
The Plas Coch Inn is hosting a Halloween breakfast from 10 to 11.30am.
Tickets cost £7 per person and include a full cooked breakfast, as well as crafts, games and fancy dress.

4. Nos Galan Gaef - Hawarden Estate Farm Shop. Saturday, October 29.
Hawarden Estate Farm Shop is hosting an 18+ Halloween event which includes a dinner by expert chefs, drinks and live music from 7pm.
The event is priced at £50 per person and includes arrival snack, main course and pudding cooked by Adam Williams the resident head chef.

5. Halloween Spooktacular - Hafod Club Rhos, Friday, October 28.
The Hafod Rhos Club is hosting a fundraising event for Dynamic Wrexham, which is a centre for children and young people with disabilities.
The event will take place from 6pm and is priced at £3 entry per person.
Entertainment at the family friendly event will be provided by Gary Harris Entertaining.

6. Woofs and Walkies - Alyn Water Country Park - Sunday, October 30.
A sponsored dog walk is set to take place at Alyn Water Country Park starting on the Gwersylt side in aid of Nightingale House.
Registration for the event begins at 1pm with the walk beginning at 1.30pm.
Registration is priced at £10 per dog and includes a goody bag.

7. Deeside Round Table Halloween - The Groves Community Social Club. Sunday, October 30.
Deeside Round Table is hosting its second Halloween party disco taking place in Shotton from 3.30 to 6pm.
Tickets are priced at £5 per child and £1 per adult and can be found here.
8. Xplore Science Halloween Party - Xplore Discovery Centre Wrexham. Saturday, October 29.
Xplore Science centre is hosting a science party from 5.30 to 7.30pm priced at £10 per child and £2 per adult.
Tickets include admission to the centre as well as a spooky science show.

9. Ghosts of Greenfield Valley - Greenfield Valley Museum Heritage Park, Holywell. Sunday, October 30.
On the day before Halloween FunCast and the crew are providing a hallowing adventure of the cursed valley.
The challenge lasts one hour in which visitors meet ghosts and collect clues to break the curse.

10. Pumpkin Picking across Wrexham and Flintshire
- Swan's Farm Shop in Treuddyn, Flintshire - Running Wednesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm from October 5 to October 29.
- Bellis Brothers Farm in Holt, Wrexham - October - 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 and every day from Monday, October 24 to Monday, October 31. Running from 10 am to 5pm and visitors are also able to enter the spooky maize maze priced at £2 per entry.
