A CARE home in Wrexham has held an autumn tea party for the residents, relatives, staff and the local community in a bid to raise funds for day trips of the residents’ choice.
Haford House was decorated by staff and residents to give it an autumn theme and was thoroughly enjoyed by all involved.
Many activities were also on offer which included a bouncy castle, pebble painting, various ball games and balloons for children to take home, there was something for everyone.
Raffle tickets and cakes were on sale which contributed to a grand total of £215 raised for the care home.
Manager, Chloe Barth said: “The afternoon was a great success and many people attended. The weather was kind, and everyone appeared to enjoy themselves! Thank you to everyone that attended! We are now in the process of planning our next party. Watch this space!”
