North East Wales Search and Rescue has assisted a woman near the summit of Moel Famau who fell after feeling unwell.
The rescue took place on Tuesday, September 20.
In a statement they said: "Earlier this afternoon we were asked to assist a lady near the summit of Moel Famau.
"She had taken a fall after feeling unwell. Team members were quickly able to reach the casualty in one of our Landrovers.
"After assessment she was brought down to the car park and passed into the care of a family member so she could go to hospital for a further detailed examination of why she had become unwell."
The team left a message to the woman to say: "Get well soon."
Moel Famau is situated in a country park near Loggerheads, between Mold and Ruthin.
The hill itself and the country park is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the peak of the hill is 1818ft / 554m.
