EVERY year Wales comes together for the National Eisteddfod.
The week of competitions and performances, considered the largest music and poetry festival in Europe, attracts thousands of visitors from across the country, and beyond.
Here we look back the event when it was held in Wrexham and District back in 1977. It returned to the county in 2011, and was held in Flintshire in 2007.
