THIS adorable two-month-old puppy is the latest recruit to the Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs Unit.
The Alliance Police Dogs unit is a collaboration between North Wales Police and Cheshire Constabulary to provide general purpose, firearms support and specialist search dogs.
These furry friends support officers' ranging policing activities – from tackling serious and organised crime to helping bring vulnerable people back to a place of safety.
Specialist search dogs within the unit, which has over 40 dogs, are also trained to detect firearms, ammunition, cash and drugs.
The latest cute recruit is two-month-old Vega - who officers at the unit are 'expecting great things from'.

Announcing him to their team, a statement from the unit, read: "Meet Our latest puppy recruit TPD Vega who is currently two months old. He will be joining us very soon to begin his journey to become a general purpose police dog.
"Vega is very well bred so we’re expecting great things from him."
