TWO Wrexham beauty spots have been hit by "awful" vandalism in recent days.
Marchwiel Marsh nature reserve suffered damage to one of its viewing platforms, while fencing in Acton Park has also been vandalised.
Police are appealing for witnesses and information regarding the Marchwiel vandalism.
Anyone has information that can assist police with their investigation is urged to call 101 or contact police using the live webchat facility.
After an image was shared on social media of the vandalism in Acton Park, in an area that's popular with dog walkers, people expressed their sadness at the "awful" incident.
One person said: "I really don't understand the mentality of people who do this."
Another added: "No words but why?"
