MEMBERS of a gym raised hundreds of pounds for a good cause by carrying a kettlebell across Flintshire.
Members of JS-PT Health Studio, which has sites in Connah's Quay and Mold, did the challenge in aid of North East Wales Search and Rescue (NEWSAR) on Saturday.
In relay style, they each carried a golden kettlebell across the 19 different towns/villages in Flintshire that they each live in.
They covered the whole of Deeside, as well as Mold and Flint, and the surrounding areas - raising over £800 for NEWSAR in the process.
Jack Sullivan, owner of the business, said: "One of our ultimate goals and values is that the area is better place because we are here, and the donation will be used to provide much needed help and support in the local community.
"As always, our brilliant clients showed up and put in the work to raise vital funds for a local good cause."
NEWSAR tweeted on Saturday saying they are "very grateful" to Jack and the team of his clients for their efforts.
Annette Jones, from NEWSAR, added: "Thank you so much for the support, that's an amazing amount raised and we at NEWSAR really do appreciate every penny.
"I hope you are all having a well earned rest."
