A RUABON man has been told how much of his ill-gotten gains he'll be expected to part with.
Guy Packenham-Wash, of Lindisfarne Close in Ruabon, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday for a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing.
The 68-year-old had previously been convicted of producing cannabis and abstracting electricity.
Paulinus Barnes, prosecuting, told the court the total financial benefit of his criminal activities had been agreed at £43,217.67.
Of that, there was an available amount for confiscation of £12,285.37 - some of which was made up of cash and the rest in items seized from the defendant by police, which will be auctioned.
Following confirmation from the defendant, Recorder Simon Mills certified the amounts and granted three months for the sum to be paid.
