A RESCUE team came to the aid of a teenage girl at Loggerheads after being called in by police, it has been confirmed.
North East Wales Search and Rescue released details of the incident, which happened on Thursday afternoon.
A spokesman explained: "North Wales Police asked us to assist a teenage girl who had a medical incident while out on an organised walk near Loggerheads.
"Team members attended and provided first aid, before helping the casualty back to the road and discharging her to the group leaders.
"Thanks to the group leaders who provided good directions and assisted with the process."
