WREXHAM AFC's famous co-owners spoke of their love for football, and how they first met, on one of America's biggest talk shows.
Rob McElhenney was guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC on Tuesday night (August 9) and had the opportunity to sit down for a chat with Reds co-owner Ryan Reynolds.
On the show, the pair spoke about their upcoming 'Welcome to Wrexham' documentary - which premieres in the UK on August 25 - and revealed how it will show their first meeting in person.
Ryan even revealed how he broke the news to wife Blake Lively about buying the football club.
The 45-year-old Deadpool star spoke of how he had made a habit of 'sliding into people's DM's' - which was how he and Rob, also 45, first got to know each other.
Those were the DM's which eventually led to the pair purchasing Wrexham AFC.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Ryan recalled how the conversation about that went with his wife.
He said: "I remember showing up, seeing Blake, saying, I have bad news and I have really bad news.
"I slipped into someone's DMs again. The really bad news is that I might have bought half of a fifth tier national football league in Wales."
When asked by Rob how Blake reacted to the news, Ryan then joked: "Not good Rob, not great, we're still working through that one."
Rob and Ryan then discussed their takeover of Wrexham AFC and the 'Welcome to Wrexham' documentary.
Ryan admitted that he was now 'obsessed' with football and Rob hailed the sport as being 'addictive'.
Rob added: "Hopefully when you watch this documentary you are going to fall in love with the anxiety that you feel every Saturday morning and Tuesday night that really makes you want to rip the veins from your arms."

Rob and Ryan even showed off their Wrexham baseball caps on the show as they highlighted their love for the club to the millions of viewers watching on.
Since they took over the club in early 2021, the dynamic duo have been busy creating a buzz both on and off the pitch in Wrexham.
They have regularly been spotted in the town and have created moments for fans that will last a lifetime.
Like many others, they will no doubt be hoping that this is the year Wrexham AFC can make a return to the English Football League following nearly 15 years of absence.
