CHIRK Castle has reopened following a sudden closure over the weekend.
The castle was closed "until further notice" due to water issues, over the weekend.
The National Trust made an announcement about the site just after 5.15pm on Saturday.
A spokesperson said: "Until further notice, the castle will be closed due to water supply issues.
"However, the estate and gardens will remain open to visitors.
Down at Home Farm the shop, toilets and drinks and snacks will also be available.
"Thank you for your patience."
On Monday morning, a spokesperson from the castle confirmed that it had reopened and business was back to normal.
