Crowds flocked to the annual Offa Carnival in Wrexham this weekend.
Bellevue Park hosted the event on Saturday as the carnival returned after a two year absence.
The covid pandemic meant the carnival took place for the first time in two years, and locals gathered in their masses to enjoy the day.
The carnival was planned and funded by Offa Community Council, who had vouched to keep entry free and attraction prices low to help families amid the current cost of living crisis.
The carnival saw the return of Stokes Amusements with their fun rides and stalls, the Brickfield FC football competition, Cheshire Falconry with displays in the arena, Punch and Judy, donkey rides, the land train giving rides around the park, and a circus skills workshop.

Clerk to Offa Community Council, Karen Benfield said the event was a great success and thanked the crowds for turning out, all the stallholders and attractions and last but certainly not least all the many volunteers and Community Councillors who helped out on the day.
She added: "It was lovely to see so many families out enjoying themselves.
"Offa Community Council were thrilled with the high attendance helped by the lovely sunny weather and are planning on making it even bigger and better for next year!"
