WREXHAM County Borough Council have issued a warning over two men falsely claiming to work for the council.
WREXHAM Council has issued a warning over two men falsely claiming to work for the local authority.
The alert came through the council’s official social media channels following recent reports of the suspicious activity.
They said: “We have been made aware of two men driving around estates saying they are working for the council asking tenants if they have any leaks.
“Please be aware these individuals do not work for the council, and we would ask that you challenge anyone for ID before you allow them into your home.”
