A CAR FIRE and grassland blaze on A55 in Flintshire has brought traffic to a standstill. 

The incident has occurred eastbound between J31 Caerwys J32 Holywell. 

All traffic has been temporarily brought to a halt while firefighters deal with the incident.

5pm update: Lane one remains closed and congestion is back to J29 (Pant-Y-Dulath). Travel time is around 35 minutes.
