Staff members at the National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) Team and their clients recently completed a charity walk in aid of Dementia UK.
The walk took them from Trevor Basin along the Llangollen Canal and back.
Various distances were available from 0.7km to 10km and all walks were led by staff.

In total £831.00 was raised through sponsorships and donations.
A well-deserved coffee and cake were waiting for walkers at the Chapel Tearooms once the walk was completed.
A spokesperson for the team said: “The NERS team in Wrexham would like to thank all those who joined us on the walk and to all those who donated so generously for a worthy cause.”
The NERS is a Welsh Government funded scheme managed by Welsh Local Government Association working in partnership with Public Health Wales (PHW) since 2007.
The scheme aims to reduce the disparities in ill health by providing access to tailored and supervised physical activity.
