RUGBY LEGEND Gareth Thomas CBE has been spotted in a Wrexham hotel.
Thomas, 47, was pictured with staff at the Hand Hotel in Chirk after enjoying his Sunday dinner at the venue.
Paul Rogers, hotel owner, said: “It was a pleasure to welcome Welsh sporting icon, Gareth to the Hand for Sunday Lunch, he was fantastic with the staff on duty, and he left saying how much he enjoyed himself.”
Thomas is one of Wales’ most decorated rugby players with 100 test match appearances to his name, and he is the third highest try scorer for the country.
