A NUMBER of motoring offenders had their cases dealt with by Mold Magistrates Court.
Here is a roundup of some of those cases which were dealt with last week and their outcomes.
Jason Cullen, aged 34 and of High Street in Bagillt
Offence: Exceed a 50 mph speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order, drive without insurance, drive otherwise than in accordance with licence (A494 St. David's Park Interchange)
Outcome: Guilty plea by Single Justice Procedure to all three offences. For the insurance offence: £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. No separate penalty on the other two offences.
Bartlomiej Janusz Jachowicz, aged 40 and of Queensway in Wrexham
Offence: Fail to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required
Outcome: Proved by Single Justice Procedure. £660 fine, £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Darren Turner, aged 29 and of Fraser Drive in Buckley
Offence: Exceed a 50 mph speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order (A494 Deeside Industrial Park interchange to Queensferry).
Outcome: Guilty plea by Single Justice Procedure. £107 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
Sally Mcdonnell, aged 56 and of Hale Barns in Altrincham
Offence: Exceed a 50 mph speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order, drive otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Outcome: Guilty Plea by Single Justice Procedure to both offences. For the speeding offence: £183 fine, £36 victim surcharge, 90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points. For the licence offence: £183 fine.
Daniel-Marinel Isache, aged 30 and of Ashburnham Road in Luton
Offence: Speeding - motor vehicle exceed 70 mph on a dual carriageway (A55 at Rhuallt).
Outcome: Guilty plea by Single Justice Procedure. £146 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
