There are just days to go before Pen-Y-Cae hosts its 'We Are The Cae Music Festival' for a day of rock’n’roll.
The festival will be filled with rock lovers as grassroots bands take to the stage on Saturday, June 4.
The promoter Peter Footitt said: "We have some of the best grass roots rock bands performing on the UK circuit. Red Rum astounded me at HRH Metal when they performed their set and were the most entertaining and engaging band of the whole weekend.
“‘More Rum Bartender!’ roared the lead singer who could be mistaken as the Jolly Roger's very own Meat Loaf!!
“Twister are undoubtedly one of the hardest working and most exciting live bands on the circuit, and if you haven't heard their album Cursed and Corrected then hop over to your platform of choice and give it a listen. The music, lyrics and arrangements are an undeniable bold statement that 'Rock is not Dead!'
"Bootyard Bandits are possibly the only Metal Country Band around, and you'll be smiling from start to finish by their ranchy raunchy performance!
“All three other bands Mad Haven Old Glory and The Black Riviera and Western Sand equally have much to offer”
Those fans that travel the UK festival circuit will already know how good these bands are. It's time now to spread the word locally with friends, family and all, that they are coming to Pen-y-Cae!”
