A WOMAN and a child were taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in Wrexham.
Emergency services were called to the three-vehicle collision on the A525 flyover, near Coedpoeth, at about 3.50pm on Friday.
North Wales Police has confirmed a female driver and a 10-year-old child passenger were taken to hospital following the incident.
A spokesperson said: "Shortly before 3.50pm today (20 May) we received reports of a three-vehicle collision on the A525 near Coedpoeth.
"Officers attended and enforced a temporary road closure, with fire and ambulance crews also called to the scene. A female driver and a 10-year-old child passenger reported injuries in the collision and were subsequently taken to hospital.
"Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening."
