Time is running out to potentially secure a carving of Deadpool as it is up for auction as part of a raffle in aid of charity.
A wooden sculpture of the Marvel character played by Wrexham AFC co-owner Ryan Reynolds was carved by well-known North Wales carver Simon O'Rourke last year.
It was put up for auction as part of a raffle in January, but after a lack of interest, the raffle has been extended until the end of May.
The Deadpool inspired carving had been toured round Wrexham at the end of 2021, ahead of the start of the raffle.
Simon felt the opportunity to carve the sculpture was too good to miss, but soon realised that what started as something fun, turned into a way of raising money for charities.
The money raised from the raffle will go to Nightingale House and Teams4U.
Since the raffle has been extended, there has been an influx of ticket purchases.

Simon said: "We were never looking to gain financially from the project, but to celebrate the new interest in Wrexham and to help push the profile of the community.
"We were hoping to sell many more tickets than we have done, which made me feel like I’d failed the charities."
"As I feel it needs to end soon, we have decided to end and draw the raffle on the 31st May.
"One lucky winner will get to keep the sculpture, and I would love to see it go to someone who really appreciates it!"
