Landlord, Mark Thomas, said: "Mental health problems are something everyone will experience at some point in their life.
"With many of our people having been through it, we think it’s very important to make sure no one ever feels alone and suffers in silence."
Mark said that in recent months the team at the Black Lion has seen a "significant rise" in people suffering, including people close to them and customers.
"We really want to reiterate that Team Black Lion are always there to listen - no matter how busy we are or the time," Mark said.
"You are always welcome through our doors. Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of so with your help it’s time to end the stigma.
"Call us direct no matter the time on 01244 630118 or pop in for a chat."
