A MAN labelled a "terrific nuisance" has been handed a fine after damaging a police vehicle in Caia Park.
Mark Tomlinson, of Pentre Gwyn in Wrexham, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old admitted that on April 16 at Tan y Dre he damaged the window of a police vehicle.

Rhian Jackson, prosecuting, told the court that on the day of the offence, officers attended Caia Park to conduct house-to-house enquiries regarding an incident the previous week.
On arrival they left their vehicle outside the Premier Shop in Tan y Coed, when Tomlinson approached.
He accused the police of doing "nothing" and told them they should be catching "paedos."
The court heard he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs, with a white substance around his mouth, and was repeating himself.
When the officers went to speak with other residents, they heard breaking glass and ran back to the vehicle.
A passenger side window had been smashed and a bottle of wine was near the vehicle.
Tomlinson told them: "They've run off, they have."
But CCTV showed the defendant causing the damage.
He admitted the offence when interviewed and apologised.
Stephen Edwards, defending, said: "Clearly, he was out of control of himself."

He said his client had separated from his long term partner the previous night and had decided to "drown his sorrows in the early hours."
"It's totally unacceptable behaviour," he said. "He was a terrific nuisance."
District Judge Gwyn Jones said: "You were a pain to the police.
"It's clear to me that alcohol is the root cause of this."
He handed down a fine of £120 and ordered the defendant to pay £85 costs and £250 compensation to the police.
