WREXHAM'S ever-growing popularity was once again displayed when the local brewery welcomed visitors from way over the other side of the pond.
Both the town and its football club, Wrexham AFC, have well and truly been put on the map since the takeover by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney over a year ago.
Earlier this week, the inconic Wrexham Lager was offering a treat to its customers - a free glass with every purchase - to mark the one-year anniversary of its brewery shop being open.
They also had a special visit from a couple who had come all the way from Alberta, Canada to both visit Wrexham and the Racecourse.

Commenting underneath Wrexham Lager's post, Dawn wrote: "Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be back!"
