A WETHERSPOONS pub in Wrexham is still up for sale - nearly a year after first being put on the market.
In July 2021, the Leader reported that the town’s North and South Wales Bank pub, in High Street, had been put up for sale by JD Wetherspoon.
However, it has since and will still continue to operate as a Wetherspoon until a buyer is found.

The pub is one of two Wetherspoon sites in Wrexham, the other being the Elihu Yale based on Regent Street.
Almost a year on, it is still looking for a buyer to swoop in and can still be found on RightMove.
Listed by London-based Savills, the Wetherspoon has an asking price of £450,000.
