“It has been amazing to share in so many members’ successes, each week is different but always full of laughter, food talk, and recipe ideas. I can’t put into words how proud I am to see my amazing members losing weight and change habits of a lifetime.
"I feel absolutely privileged that they chose me to help them and I so look forward to seeing them all every Wednesday in group”.
One such member of her group is her daughter Jade. Food Optimising is safe for all the family says Jayne and Jade is a leading example of how families can reap the weight loss rewards together.
Jade says “During my year abroad for my degree, I found that I was too unfit to enjoy all the sightseeing that I had planned, and that I had to limit my plans due to my weight.
“I had fallen into typical student habits at university and continued like that when I was living in France.”

Once back home, Jade joined Mum, Jayne’s, Mold Slimming World group.
She added: "“It felt so good to get some control of my eating. Whilst I thought I knew how to cook before, thanks to Slimming World I am now making delicious and filling meals rather than mindlessly turning to crisps and biscuits that never seemed to satisfy me.
Jayne says that it has been fantastic watching Jade’s transformation and how her confidence has grown.
She said: "She is a valuable member of my group’s social team, as well as continuing her studies.”
Jayne runs her groups at Mold Cricket Club on Wednesdays where she has 6 sessions for you to choose from: 8am, 9:30am, 11am, 3:30pm, 5pm and 6:30pm. for more information call Jayne on 07512343350.
