WREXHAM AFC super-fan Bootlegger seemed to enjoy himself as he posed for pictures with fans at a North Wales cricket club where his pilsner is now on draught.
In 2020, the social media sensation - real name Karl Phillips - joined forces with Wrexham Lager to produce the Bootlegger 1974 Pilsner.
Since then, it has continued to enjoy great success and just this week it was announced that the beer will be sold at every Home Bargains store across Wales and England, nearly 500 stores in total.

That followed on from the deal struck up with Aldi stores across Wales and England to sell the Bootlegger Pilsner and another personal success for 'The Captain' as he launched his very own autobiography last month.

On Saturday April 2, he had the opportunity to visit the Menai Cricket Club on Anglesey.
Bootlegger was there to celebrate the fact that his Pilsner has been put on draught at the clubhouse at the Keith Hughes Oval ground.

A spokesperson for the club said: "The club would like to say a massive thank you to our sponsors Wrexham Lager and to Bootlegger for helping make Saturday night a great event. We look forward to welcoming you to the Keith Hughes Oval again later this summer.
"We would also like to thank Chris Owen for the amazing photographs he captured on the night."
