When it was announced that "two extremely well-known individuals of high net worth" were interested in buying Wrexham AFC, very few could have predicted what was to come next.
As soon as Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds were confirmed as potential investors of the Reds, talks began to circulate about a documentary.
It made sense, two Hollywood actors, surely they'd know someone that would be able to document the trials and tribulations of the next two years.
Then came that video with Maxine, and it was confirmed that Welcome to Wrexham would be coming to our screens eventually.
It is yet to be confirmed as to the exact date Welcome to Wrexham will be hitting screens, but FX confirmed that it would be sometime in 2022, in another teaser promo.
There has been much anticipation over the documentary, not only amongst Wrexham fans, but among people across the globe as they aim to get a glimpse into the relationship of two Hollywood stars and the third oldest football club in the world.

Since the pair officially became co-owners of Wrexham there have been an awful lot that has gone on - significant investment in the playing squad, failing to make the playoffs, a sacking of a manager, and that was all in the first few months.
There was the first visit in October too, which took Wrexham by storm.
As Phil Parkinson and his side continue to push towards promotion from the National League, the excitement increases with the thought of it all being caught on camera.
So where would Wrexham's Hollywood doc fit in with the top 10 most popular football documentaries?
