Drug gang members jailed

Over the court of two days, Judge Nicola Saffman sentenced 19 members of a Caia Park-based organised criminal group.

Spanning a period of around six months, the group dealt almost three-quarters of a million pounds worth of cocaine and heroin.

The court heard it was one of the biggest operations of its kind in North Wales.

Wrexham man jailed for dangerous driving

This 22-year-old refused to stop driving, even after he'd flattened both of his front tires by driving over a stinger.
Continuing the police chase on two wheel rims, he was caught in Overton - having carried out all kinds of dangerous manoeuvres on his way over from Wrexham Town Centre.

Wrexham Glyndwr student had over 3,800 indecent images and videos

This Hawarden 25-year-old was found to have a 'large collection of child sexual abuse images.'

The court heard some of those depicted children who were 'young enough to be considered babies or toddlers'.

Wrexham AFC: Five receive banning orders following disorder

The Leader: A group of Wrexham AFC fans have been banned following disorder at the match vs Torquay United.A group of Wrexham AFC fans have been banned following disorder at the match vs Torquay United.

These men have been banned from football matches for a total of 23 years for their involvement in matchday disorder.

Suspended sentence for ex-Flintshire man over indecent images

This man was found out when members of his family spotted indecent images of young girls on his phone.

A work colleague also discovered USB devices concealed in his guitar - which when examined revealed more images.

The court heard he is "no doubt now leading a rather sad and lonely existence" after losing "everything" due to his offences.

Flintshire man avoids jail after drunk and dangerous drive

This Flint 39-year-old led police on a chase which saw pedestrians having to jump out of the way in order to avoid being hit.

A member of the public also tried to stop him with their car door but to no avail.

Ex-HMP Berwyn inmate sentenced for having drugs and phone

A Judge gave this 28-year-old a chance to avoid further time behind bars due to his good progress.

The court heard he was found to have illegal items in his cell at the Wrexham-based prison.

Holway man who failed to give driver ID fined by court

This man landed himself a fine of hundreds of pounds for a motoring offence committed in Bradford.

His case was heard by Bradford And Keighley Magistrates recently.
