These figures cover the 24-hour-period from Thursday to Friday.
A total of 324 of those cases were in North Wales, according to figures. These can be broken down county-by-county to:
Anglesey - 20

Sadly, a further three deaths have also been confirmed in Wales. This takes the total of suspected Covid-19-related deaths to 7,048 since figures began in early 2020.
The PHW figures also show that 1,922,692 people in Wales have now received the Covid-19 booster jab.
